Job Mission
Be part of the Team. Join ASML for the opportunity to work with a best-in-class organization implementing training operations for the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) teams. Candidate will have skills using the ADDIE process to help drive existing training initiatives and programs, as well as assist in the development of new programs. The candidate will work on both people development and S&P-related training projects.
This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Job Description
The candidate must have an interest in people development and/or corporate training. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of the steps in the ADDIE process.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assisting the management team in identifying and communicating baselines for existing training program(s).
Contributing to ongoing Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis activities.
Supporting the company goal of People Development by assisting S&P teams in new training projects.
Liaising with domestic and international S&P teams on ongoing projects.
Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to continue to drive current training projects.
Assisting in building of onboarding checklists, team overview presentations, roles & responsibilities (R&R) matrices and training matrices.
Contributing to the implementation of Kirkpatrick Level 1, 2, and 3 evaluations.
Creating other online surveys (via MS Forms) and gathering feedback for presentation to Senior Management Team.
Support building metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for presentation to Management Team.
Contributing to other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience
Enrolled student currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Training and Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Performance Management or related field.
Working knowledge of the ADDIE model for training development.
Experience using the Microsoft suite of products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated interest or coursework in adult learning and training program management, international development, business project management, data analytics, or organizational development a plus.

Ability to work both independently and with a team on projects and tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively using open, clear, concise and professional communication.
Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed instructions with a willingness to ask questions to ensure understanding.
Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
Willingness to receive guidance, training, and mentoring from professional personnel in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
Travel
No travel is required for this role.
Other Information
This position is located on-site in San Diego, CA . It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
A flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).
Responsibilities
Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
