Overview:
Cool Today is seeking a dynamic leader poised to drive accelerated business growth and foster a culture of excellence within our organization serving in the role of Presidet. As a seasoned leader, this individual will excel in providing exemplary leadership of all employees, craft robust processes and structures geared towards achieving profit and growth targets, analyze profitability while proactively managing revenue streams to enhance overall efficiency and champion best practices to drive synergy and cohesion throughout the organization.
At Cool Today we’re one company with 3 divisions: Cool Today, Plumbing Today and Energy Today. We provide homes and businesses in Sarasota, Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida, Orlando and surrounding areas with air conditioning, heating, plumbing and electrical services. Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
- Be a dynamic leader poised to drive accelerated business growth and foster a culture of excellence within our organization.
- Provide exemplary leadership to both team dynamics and individual employees, guiding and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
- Coach, mentor, and train individuals at all levels, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Serve as a steadfast ambassador for unparalleled customer service, adeptly mitigating customer complaints and exceeding expectations.
- Craft robust processes and structures geared towards achieving profit and growth targets, while optimizing operational efficiencies and managing expenditures.
- Analyze profitability and identify areas for improvement to proactively manage revenue streams and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure seamless planning of material distribution and labor forecasting to maximize customer satisfaction and financial outcomes.
- Act as a key liaison across various departments, championing best practices to drive synergy and cohesion.
- Oversee inventory controls meticulously, minimizing discrepancies and optimizing resource allocation.
- Engage with vendors, community leaders, and other third-party partners to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
- Drive the business plan forward, implement innovative strategies, and document processes for ongoing improvement.
- Uphold accountability, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all facets of operations.
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty, fostering a positive work environment through daily huddles, team meetings, and one-on-one interactions.
Qualifications:
Do I Have What It Takes?
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience overseeing day-to-day operations within the Home Services sector preferably HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing or other residential home services.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving year-over-year business growth
- Full oversight of businesses exceeding $50 Million Annually
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams toward achieving strategic objectives and driving overall company success.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, and competitive landscape, enabling informed decision-making and effective business strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to navigate change and ambiguity, driving organizational change initiatives while maintaining employee morale and engagement.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and corporate governance in all aspects of business operations.
